How to make a purchase (Buy a Wish)

  1. To make a purchase for “Buy a Wish”, you must first hold at least 1000 Xpoints.
  2. Once you have enough xpoints, add the product to cart and checkout.
  3. Fill in your name, phone number and email address on the order note.
  4. Our representative will contact you and request for product you desire.
  5. Example procedure.
    i. You want XiaoMi headphone that valued at RM500 (you have already paid 1000 xpoint on order)
    ii. We will confirm your order and your delivery address.
    iii. Remaining 500 xpoint will be refunded to your account.

Terms & Condition for “Buy a Wish”

  1. Due to the nature of this product will be done by shipping via courier services, dangerous/prohibited items stated by courier service will not be accepted.
  2. You may refer to Poslaju’s Prohibited item list as reference. The actual courier service will depend on availability.

  3. Courier uses will depend on seller’s option.
  4. In situation of said product is a digital/ non tangible products, kindly contact us to enquire its validity.
  5. General list of acceptable purchase
    – Majority products/services available in any online shopping service (Lazada, Shopee)
    – Purchasable credit for services (Telco, gamestore credits)
  6. Prohibited purchase
    – illegal contrabands, drugs, non deliverable/dangerous product (refer Prohibited Item list)
    – Currencies (Currency exchanges, cryptocurrencies)
    – Exchanged into cash directly. (Refer Terms & Condition section)
    – Used for other casino’s credit directly.

How to make a purchase (Telco brands)

  1. To make a purchase for any telco you, required minimum 50 xpoint per order.
  2. Once you have enough xpoints, add the desired telco product into cart and checkout.
  3. Fill in your name, phone number and email address on the order note.
  4. Our representative will contact you to confirm your order.
  5. You will receive a SMS/mail containing your ordered telco prepaid card valued on your purchase amount.
  6. Should there is a shortage/unavailability of said telco, OX88reward will promptly refund the order fully.

Xpoint Calculation Method

Amount of xPoint will be 3% of your deposit and will be deducted based on your withdrawal as calculation below.

(Total deposit) – (Total withdraw)/100%  x 3 = Xpoint

Example.

RM1000 –  RM400 = RM600

(RM600/100%) x 3 = 18 xPoints

1.  xPoints are given based on 3% of your monthly deposit after deduction by your monthly withdrawal.

2. xPoints are not interchangeable as cash, ox88 credits or any other currency unless specified.

3. Order made in xMall using xPoints are not subjected to refunds after confirmation. Should you wish to cancel an order before confirmation, kindly contact us before getting a manual reply from our representative.

4. All orders will be subjected to at least 48 hours of processing up to 7 Days during Weekday operating hours (10 a.m – 6 p.m). Orders made on weekends will be carried forward and will be processed on weekdays.

5. All order delivery if applicable are handled by courier service. Parcel’s consignment number will be given if available.

6. OX88reward does not handle the product directly and not responsible for item’s lost/damage during its delivery if applicable.

7. OX88reward reserve all the rights to change and adjust the terms and conditions as needed without notifications.

1.  All order can only be made with xPoints only. Insufficient balance cannot be carried forward or covered by other currencies.

2. Once order has been made, you may request for a cancellation and refund as below
– Full refund: When order is not confirmed by OX88reward representative via mail reply.
– Partial refund: Before the order is confirmed but product has not been procured/purchased.
– No Refund: Item/Service has been purchased but not handled for delivery OR has been processed for delivery.

3. Should product turns out to be faulty/different, purchase are NOT REFUNDABLE as the product will be purchase based on user’s choice/delivery issues. All liability are not handled by OX88Reward.

4. All orders will be subjected to at least 48 hours of processing up to 7 Days during Weekday operating hours (10 a.m – 6 p.m). The processing time depends on responsive of seller/user/and availability of product/service.

5. Shipping fee will be paid by user’s xPoint/cash if applicable. Refunding of remainder xPoint will be after including shipping fee.

6. All order delivery if applicable are handled by courier service. Parcel’s consignment number will be given if available.
